Community Strength Training Program for Women and Men APRIL 2017

UW-Extension of Oconto County will again be offering its Strong Bones health promotion program. Classes will be offered in Oconto Falls at Grace Lutheran Church, 501 S. Main Street. This Spring session will be held twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-10:00 a.m., starting on April  11th and continuing through the end of June.  Registration for participants is open until April 15th.

The Strong Bones program is appropriate for both sedentary and active women and men. The class includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance exercises.
